Xandria will play on the ARTmania Festival in Sibiu, Romania on Saturday, the 10th of August!

The date for the concert in Minsk has been changed from April 14th to April 15th!

The name of the new Xandria bass player is Steven Wussow, and he will debut on stage with us in April and May when we are going to play Russia, Belarus, Argentina and Brazil!
He is known for his work with bands like Domain, Shylock and Illectronic Rock, and we are thrilled to have found THE candidate we had been chasing for over the past months!
Statement from Steven: “On stage I feel at home and it’s the streets where my heart is. Having passed a few lights and crossroads in my search, I am happy to finally have found my partners in crime I was looking for!”
We are excited to start our upcoming live and recording endevours with Steven – because this year Xandria will also hit the studio again for the next album! Yes, as we said, this year will be a hell of a ride!

Unfortunately it became true: Xandria cannot play tomorrow’s “Bloody Sunset Part II” festival due to heavy organizational problems on the promoter’s side.
We feel very very sorry for all fans who already bought tickets and might even have booked accomodation along the festival. The cancellation goes beyond our power. Please check with the ticket counter, where you bought the ticket, how to get your ticket reimbursed, in case you bought it for Xandria only.
Once again, we feel very sorry and can only stress on the fact that we so much wanted to play this concert. However, we will try to play at a place near you in 2013! Please check here frequently for any live updates!

We feel urged to warn any fans intending to attend the “Bloody Sunset Part II” event in Nordhausen, Germany, this Friday, Dec 21st. Apparently the promoter has disappeared or is trying to play an unfair game on purpose.
Neither has Xandria received anything of the beforehand mutually agreed fee so far, nor had any relevant information on the show been given to the band.
In order to not lose too much money (band bus needs to be rented, the crew needs to be paid, the band needs to travel), chances are likeky the band cannot be there, unless the festival-promoter will follow up on his duties.
Xandria so much wanted and wants to play this last concert in 2012. But the unreliable promoter currently is avoiding this.
We will keep you posted if the show is going to happen! Right now it would be a miracle…
