If you have a business issue, please don´t send it to the band, but to the appropriate contact on the left. If you are not sure, please write to the management.

Autographs

If you want to have an autograph, send a letter with your request to the following address:

UMI Music, Urs Middelhauve, Wertherstr. 7, 33790 Halle / Westfalen, Germany

The letter must contain:
1. A selfaddressed envelope (size C6, 160 x 115 mm = 6.38 x 4.49 inch) – you can fold it to fit it into the other envelope
2. An IRC (International Reply Coupon, click for info). They are available in most countries of the world at the local post offices or by ordering them online at the post service´s homepage. If you have difficulties to get them, please contact your national post service.
3. A short note telling us that you want to have an autograph and your email address for further inquiries if needed.

Then you will get a Xandria postcard, signed by the band!

ATTENTION: Please DON´T send your autograph request as an email, but ONLY as a letter as explained above. Autographs cannot be sent out on email requests!
Max. 3 autographs per request.
Also please don´t send items to sign, they can not be handled and we can not send them back to you – but of course you can bring items to signing sessions that take place on concerts or other events.

FAQ

If you want to contact the band because you want to know about…

…concerts: You find all confirmed concert dates here in the live dates section. We are sorry, but beyond that we can not tell you if or when Xandria will play in a certain city or location.
If you find Xandria concerts announced somewhere else but not here on the official homepage, the information is very likely not true or not yet confirmed. Then just wait if the date will be confirmed here.
If you want to have Xandria playing in a certain location or on a certain festival, the best thing is to contact the respective promoter, so that he knows people want to see Xandria there and thus might book us.

…tickets: If not specified, we unfortunately can not tell you where to get tickets. We do not sell them, the local promoter does this. So the best thing is to ask him or other ticket sellers in your city or look for it in the internet.

…the homepage: This homepage is optimized for screen solutions of a minimum width of 1040 pixels. On smaller screens the homepage will not be displayed correctly.
We are sorry, but currently there is no smartphone optimized version available and on some smartphones the homepage cannot be displayed correctly.
